Packing for Four

This is my first entry on my new travel blog. I'm not sure if I can commit to it but it doesn't hurt to try.

This is also the first time we are going on vacation during the holiday season. Since my eldest started school this year, we can only schedule trips when school is out. Thank you, Christmas break.

It usually takes me a week to pack. Being an obsessive compulsive freak that I am, our clothes are coordinated and planned for each day that we are gone. Let's face it. You take the most photos of yourselves during a vacation, right? And when you get back to the real world, you refresh your memories by looking back at those pictures you took. So, why not wear coordinated outfits like you do when you get your family portraits taken in a studio?

Check out our Disney World trip in 2010.

See what I mean?

My husband is not too thrilled about this idea but he gets the reason why I like it. I told him it's our subliminal manifestation of our unity and togetherness. Plus, people see our kids, they can immediately tell who they belong to.

But anyway, here I am with four (4) days left to pack and I'm busy writing a blog. Again, it's Christmas time. That is usually another reason to be busy, right? It's time to whip out my handy-dandy packing list. I've had this list since we had our first baby and now with two in tow, it just grew. I'd like to share it. I'm sure my list has a lot of extra items that you don't need but it's a good starting point for creating your own.
